Застосування гідрооксипатичної кераміки при травматичних розривах міжхребцевих дисків і компресійних переломах тіл хребців першого ступеню

Abstract

Іn the article the analysis and classical approach to the management of compressive fractures of the centrums of the first degree with traumatic fractures of the intervertebral discs in 9 patients with the use of hydrooxyapatite in granules is presented; 6 patients undergone the plastics of disc with hydrooxyapatite ceramics with combination of segmental stabilization with plates. Our experience of clinical application of the hydrooxyapatite ceramics granules in а plastics of intervertebral disc in case of compressive fractures of the centrums of the first degree and segmental spondelosis with platelets testifies to good possibilities in treatment of this pathology.
