| Abstract: | The distinctive features of humoral immune responce to bacterial antigens in pregnants with fetoplacental insufficiency were studied. It has been established that increased levels of antibodies to oncofetal antigen in combination with placenta maturation disorder, reduction of its thickness, localization at anterior wall, chronic hypoxia of fetus and changed fetometric dimensions are а prognostic criterion of fetoplacental insufficiency and hypotrophy of fetus with subsequent development of central nervous system pathology in newborns. |
