Abstract:	We conducted retrospective and prospective analysis of 172 metabolic cards and histories of labors during 1995 - 1999 years. Among them 62 contained а diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. It was found that the pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis should bе related to а high risk-level group. It is necessary to take into account, that the disintegration of pulmonary tissue in case of tuberculosis with pregnant woman authentically enlarges the risk of development of serious complications of pregnancy, labors and puerperal period. The practical references for doctors in pregnancy, labors and puerperal period in the women with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis are given.
