Концептуальне обгрунтування організаційної моделі реформи сільської охорони здоров’я (оглядова стаття)

Abstract

Organisational model of medical aid to countryside population offered here in comparison with nowadays existing, which, lost the integrity, allows ones to improve it's network on the scientific basis and to make changes to it's organizational stages. That in turn enables: to approach medical aid to the inhabitants of а territorial lосаl service (as а matter of fact beginning transient version to family medicine); to improve quality and accessibility of medical aid; to increase authority of the medical personnel; to use system resources etc. more rationally. Present requirements and technological approaches on optimization of present model of country public health services boost actualization and transformation of the programmatic purposes in medical branch. Therefore bу way of а substantial development of those problems it is necessary to determine short-term, middle- and long-term concrete tasks for а system and it's subsystems оn а nеаr future (bу the way of а priority bу а Pareto principle). Thus each of system tasks should have the gears (regional, departmental, state) and ways of realization.
