| Abstract: | У статті аналізується конституційні моделі закріплення права на сецесію та механізм його реалізації у Ефіопії та Сент-Кітс і Невіс, визначаються переваги і недоліки такого закріплення. Робиться висновок, що існує три моделі закріплення права на сецесію в конституціях зарубіжних країнах: право на сецесію взагалі відсутнє; право на сецесію лише задекларовано; право на сецесію закріплено, і визначено чіткий механізм його реалізації. Ключові слова: право на сецесію, конституційний механізм, моделі конституційного закріплення, федерація, суб’єкт федерації, народ. |
| Description: | The article analyzes the constitutional right to consolidate the model of secession and the mechanism of its implementation in Ethiopia and Saint Kitts and Nevis, defined the advantages and disadvantages of such consolidation. It is concluded that there are three models of securing the right to secession in foreign countries: the right to secession generally absent; the right to secession only declared; the right to secession enshrined and defined a clear mechanism for its implementation.
