| Abstract: | The intensification of processes of lipids peroxide oxidation in combination with the suppression of antioxidante protection system has been revealed in the patients with ishemic heart disease, postinfarktion cardiosklerosis. АІІ this verifies literature data. The inclusion of trimetazidine, the medicine with antioxidante qualities into complex treatment has enabled to improve the condition of the antioxidante system essentially and to decrease the activity of processes of lipids peroxide oxidation in this contingent of patients. |
