Принципи ведення дітей із частими та рецидивними захворюваннями дихальних шляхів (огляд літератури)

Abstract

Діти з рецидивними захворюваннями дихальних шляхів, зокрема «діти, що часто хворіють» та хворі на рецидивнчий бронхіт, потребують не тільки лікування в гострому періоді, але й розробки програм тривалого ведення з відновлювальним лікуванням поза гострим періодом. Такий підхід дозволить захистити дитину від поліпрагмазії, її негативних наслідків та сприяти повноцінному функціональному відновленню організму. На етапі відновлювального лікування доцільним є застосування галоаерозольтерапії у поєднанні з іншими фізичними чинниками загального впливу, які сприяють посиленню лікувального ефекту.

Such approach protects child from polypragmasia, its negative conse quences and promotes complete functional recovery of the organism. Usage of haloaerosoltherapy in combination with other physical factors of common influence is purposeful during recovery period and promotes increasing of the curative effect of treatment.
