Abstract:	The data of ultrasonic diagnostics (USD) of 2974 of pregnant within 28 weeks are given. 1396 of them have been diagnosed only once, 1578- twice to define congenital defects of foetus development (CDF). It is determined that the method of USD permits to identify CDF antenatal in many cases. For more reliable diagnostics it is necessary to pass check up twice. Pathology of nervous tube prevails in the structure of anomalies of development. It is advisable to conduct prophylaxis with Acidum folicum, to check-up all pregnant as to TORCH-infection, to take blood on . α-fetoprotein in pregnant in the group of risk being in the period of 15-20 weeks.
