Роль гомотоксикозу в патогенезі експериментального жовчного перитоніту залежно від дози введення жовчі

Abstract

In experiments on 60 non-line albino male rats it has been demonstrated that the course of experimental bіІе peritonitis in 72 hours after the introduction of increasing doses of sterile bіІе into the peritonial cavity is accompanied bу the fifth stage of the gomotoxicose bу Rekevegon with the formation of hard intoxicational syndrom, bу the damage of antioxydant protection in the internal organs. The reason of it is the pathogenical influence of hydrophobical bіlе acids and endotoxin, as the result of the dysbacteriose in intestines and bу the translocation of pathogenics into the blood.
