Abstract

The results of morphometrical parameters researchers of female individual white rats heart at whom the renal hypertension has been designed bilateral ovariectomy has been made. It was established that in 3 months the significant structural changes have been taken рІасе in the myocardium of researched animals which has been generalized with the help of morphometrical methods of research (weightometry, planimetric-weight and histometric determinations) and quantitatively appreciated. There were the first steps to the logic explanation of the heart changes which occurs and taken рІасе at the hypertension on hypoestrogen on background.
