| Abstract: | The accumulation of serous liquid in between tunicas of testis causes hydrostatic pressure on its parenchime and difficulties in thermoregulation. Venal hyperemia and changes in microcirculatory system result in hypoxia of the testis tissues. Hydrocele result into the testis atrophy, sclerotic changes of the seminiferous tubules' own membrane, reduction of the cell-layers of spermatogenic epithelium. Significantly change the Leydig cells' nucleus' volume, what саnt not to influence on their function. |
