Тенденції формування цифрової компетентності вчителя в Угорщині

Abstract

Метою дослідження є розкриття особливостей формування цифрової компетентності вчителя в Угорщині. Для досягнення мети дослідження передбачено виконати такі завдання: 1) окреслити нові форми університетської інтеграції, які сприяють цифровізації професійної підготовки вчителів в Угорщині; 2) визначити поняття «цифрова грамотність», як уміння людини орієнтуватись у цифровому середовищі; 3) розглянути мету угорської стратегії цифрової освіти, яка полягає в тому, щоб забезпечити належну цифрову компетенцію та медіа-обізнаність. Методологічною основою дослідження є наукові праці сучасних зарубіжних та українських дослідників, присвячені проблематиці цифровізації професійної підготовки вчителів. Для досягнення мети та вирішення завдань дослідження застосовано такі методи як метод теоретичного аналізу, синтезу, опису, систематизації, порівняння та узагальнення. Виявлено, що уряд Угорщини трактує цифрову трансформацію як неминучу подію. Конкурентоспроможність потребує нового підходу, де цифрові технології відіграють значну роль в освіті, на робочому місці та в повсякденному житті. Основна мета Угорської стратегії цифрової освіти полягає в тому, щоб забезпечити належну цифрову компетенцію та медіа-обізнаність серед студентів і викладачів, а також можливість розвивати цю компетенцію протягом усього життя. Цілі Стратегії цифрової освіти Угорщини реалізуються через низку проєктів, організацій, програм, освітніх порталів, платформ тощо, які пропонують різні форми підвищення цифрової компетентності вчителя в Угорщині. Широкого розповсюдження набула Європейська концепція вищої освіти. В Угорщині, як і в інших європейських країнах, акцентується увага на дослідженні в напрямку повної інтеграції цифрових технологій в систему освіти та професійне навчання. Сьогодні сучасна система освіти України перебуває в стані реформування та синхронізації з освітнім процесом у країнах Європейського Союзу, тому актуальним є аналіз педагогічного досвіду та стратегій формування високого рівня цифрових компетентностей майбутніх вчителів у країнах Європи та Угорщини, зокрема.

The aim of the research is to reveal the features of formation of digital competence of teachers in Hungary. In order to achieve the goal of the research, it is planned to perform the following tasks: 1) to outline new forms of university integration that contribute to the digitalization of professional training of teachers in Hungary; 2) define the concept of «digital literacy» as a person’s ability to navigate in the digital environment; 3) consider the goal of the Hungarian digital education strategy, which is to ensure adequate digital competence and media literacy. The scientific works of modern foreign and Ukrainian researchers devoted to the issue of digitalization of professional training of teachers make the methodological basis of the study. To achieve the goal and solve the research tasks such methods as the method of theoretical analysis, synthesis, description, systematization, comparison and generalization are applied. It was found that the Hungarian government interprets digital transformation as an inevitable event. Competitiveness requires a new approach where digital technologies play a significant role in education, the workplace and everyday life. The main objective of the Hungarian Digital Education Strategy is to ensure adequate digital competence and media literacy among students and teachers, as well as the opportunity to develop this competence throughout life. The goals of the Digital Education Strategy of Hungary are implemented through a number of projects, organizations, programs, educational portals, platforms, etc., which offer various forms of increasing the digital competence of teachers in Hungary In Hungary, as in other European countries, attention is focused on research in the direction of the full integration of digital technologies into the education system and vocational training. Today, the modern education system of Ukraine is in the condition of reformation and synchronization with the educational process in the countries of the European Union, therefore the analysis of pedagogical experience and strategies for the formation of a high level of digital competences of future teachers in the countries of Europe and Hungary, in particular, is relevant.
