Дисплатические изменения желудочного эпителия при хронической язве желудка

Abstract

Обстежено 62 хворих з хронічною виразкою шлунка, у котрих при ендоскопічному та наступному гістологічному дослідженні біоптату виявлена дисплазія слизової оболонки шлунка. Результати проспективного дослідження показали, що слабо та помірно виражена дисплазія слизової оболонки (1-11 ступ.) у хворих на хронічну виразку шлунка в 45,9% спостережень на протязі 2-3років регресує, в 10,8% випадків трансформується у виражену дисплазію (ІІІ ст). Остання не регресує. В 12% через 1-3 роки трансформується в рак.

62 patients with chronic gastric ulcer have been examined in which under the endoscopic and subsequent gistological investigation of the bioptant the displasia of the mucous membrane of the stomach was found. The results of the prospective investigation showed that weakly and moderately pronounced displasia of the mucous membrane (І-ІІ stage) in patients with chronic gastric ulcer in 45.9% during 2-3 years is regressing, in 10.8% is transformed into pronounced displasia (ІІІ stage). Тhе letter does not regress, in 12% after 1-3 years it is transformed into cancer.
