Использование даларгина и аевита в процессе хирургического лечения больных язвенной болезнью желудка и двенадцатиперстой кишки

Abstract

Вивчали вплив комбінованого застосування даларгіну та аевіту на стан перекисного окислення ліпідів і антиоксидантного захисту у хворих на виразкову хворобу шлунка та дванадцятипалої кишки. Зроблено висновок, що застосування комбінаціїї даларгіна з аевітом у цій групі хворих в процесі хірургічного лікування нормалізує прооксидантноантиоксидантний гомеостаз і підвищує захисні здібності організму при дії операційної травми та анестезії.

The influence of combined application of dalargin with aevit on the state of peroxydation of lipides and antioxydant protection in patients with the ulceric disease of the stomach and the duodenum was studied. It was found that the application of the combination of dalargine with aevite in this group of patients in the process of surgical treatment normalises the prooxydantantioxydant homeostasis and increases the adaptive abilities of an organism under the effect of the operative trauma and anesthesia. .
