| Abstract: | Разработан способ пилоропластики при язвах пилорического отдела желудка, который является профилактикой нерегулированного поступлення пищи из желудка в двенадцятиперстную кишку, а также задержки ее в желудке. Курсы
противоязвенной терапии с первого дня после операции под контролем кислотности разрешают избежать отдаленных послеоперационных осложнений. The method of pyloroplasty in ulcers of the pyloric portion of the stomach have been worked out; this being the prophylacics to noncontrolled penetration of food from the stomach into the duodenum and its retention in the stomach. The courses of antiulcer therapy from the first day after the operation under control of the acidity enables to avoid late postoperational complications . |
