Стан моторно-евакуаторної функції шлунку при сполучених виразкових ураженнях

Abstract

Описаны результаты изучения двигательной активности желудка у 113 больных с комбинированными язвенными поражениями. Сделан вьвод, что преобладающим типом моторной активности желудка при комбинированных язвенных поражениях является гиперкинетический. Наибольшие нарушения сокращающей функции желудка коррелируют с та­кими же глубокими изменениями тонуса и звакуаторной его функции.

113 patients have been observed aged from 38 to 78 with the combined ulceric disorders of the stomach and the duodenum. АІІ patients were thoroughly examined using the complex of general clinical, biochemical and instrumental methods, mechanogastrography, electrogastrography. The results of the examination shiowed that the major type of kinetic activity of the stomach in conditions of combined ulceric diseases is а hyperkinetic; major disorders of the compressive function of the stomach correlate with the similar changes of its tension and evacuatorial functions .
