| Abstract: | Проанализированы результаты УЗ-обследования органов брюшной полости и гепатопанкреатодуоденальной зоны, у 124 больных ( с желтушным синдромом. Правильный диагноз с помощью УЗИ установлен у 72,6% обследованых больных(.Метод позволяет в 92,І% больных( подтвердить механический характер желтухи, с точностью 92,7% и 91,1 % определить печеночную и внепеченочную обтурацию билиарного дерева. The results of the US-investigation of the abdominal cavity organs and hepatopancreatoduodenal zone in 124 patients with the jaundice syndrome have bееn analized. The study of the results of the examination proved the diagnosis of the US-investigations to bе correct in about 91-92% of the cases. |
