Abstract:	Вивчені результати оперативного лікування 207 хворих з закритою травмою живота. Представлені дані показують, що вирішальне значення для результатів хірургічного втручання при закритій травмі органів живота мають, крім тяжкості ушкодження, рання діагностика та раціональне оперативне втручання. The results of the operative treatment of 207 patients with closed injuries of the abdominal cavity have been studied. The presented data show that the major importance for the results of the surgical intervention in case of closed injury of the abdominal cavity organs have - in addition to the severity of the injury- the early diagnostics and rational operative intervention.
