Радикальные операции при перфоративных гастродуодеальных язвах

Abstract

Проведено ретроспективний аналіз хірургічного лікування 1247 хворих з перфоративними rастродуоденальними виразками­. Показано, що прогноз захворювання в більшій мірі залежить від віку хворих, наявності супутніх захворювань, часу, що минув з моменту перфорації до операції, наявність місцевого або розлитого перитоніту, його стадії, локалізації виразки, ніж від виду оперативного втручання.

А retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of 1247 patients with gastroduodenal perfofating ulcers. It is shown that the proqnosis of the disease depends to а greater extent on the age of patients, the availability of accompanying diseases, period that passed from the moment of perforation to operation, the presence of ІосаІ or diffuse peritonitis, its stages, the ulcer's localisation than on the type of surgical treatment.
