Тактика анестезиологического ведения больных с инсулиномами

Abstract

Наводяться результати обстеження 58 та оперування 50 хворих з інсуліномами. Результати обстежень показали наявність у 59% всіх хворих ряду порушень, як-то: ожиріння, порушення функції нирок, печінки, хронічний гепатит і т.ін. З врахуванням вищезгаданого, розроблена загальна тактика проведення наркозу та післяопераційного ведення хворих, яка дозволила знизити летальність до 6%.

The results of the examination of 58 and surgical treatment of 50 patients with insulinoma are presented. The results of the examination showed the presence of various pathologies in 59% of аІІ the patients, such as: the disorder of the kidney's function, obesity, chronical hepatitis etc. With the account of the above mentioned, general tactics of narcosis and postoperative treatment of patients have been developed, which gave the decrease of the lethal outcomes to 6%.
