Состояние местного иммунитета при холангите

Abstract

В роботі представлені результати вивчення кліткових і гуморальних факторів місцевого імунітету у 25 хворих з запаленням жовчних протоків - 14 з гострим і 9 з хронічним. Кількісне співвідношення імуноглобулінів класів G, М, а при гострому холангіті в протокові й жовчі вище, ніж в міхуровій, і знаходиться в співвідношенні 3 :2: І. Різноманітність типів імунокомnетентних клітин, віявлених в nротоковій жовчі хворих при гострому холангіті, пов'язана із стадією запалення, характером запального процесу і загальною реактивністю організму.

The variety of the types of the immunocompetitive cells found in the duct bіІе of the patients in acute cholangitis is connected with the stage of the inflammation, the character of the inflammatory process and general reactivity of an organism.
