Abstract

Під спостереженням за період 1979-1998 перебувало 3084 пацієнтів, оперованих з приводу запальних захворювань біліарної системи. Зроблено висновок, що при оперативному лікуванні запальних захворювань жовчних шляхів, ускладнених механічною жовтяницею, біліодигистивні анастомози та папілосфінктеропластика, виконані за відповідними показаннями, є ефективними та створюють безперешкодний відтік жовчі в кишечник.
