| Abstract: | Проведено анализ результатов хирурrическоrо лечения 108 больных с острым панкреатитом. Индивидуальный подход в лечении каждого больноrо с острым панкреатитом, максимальное использование возможностей интенсивной терапии, малоинвазивной хирурrии, лапароскопическоrо перитонеальноrо диализа способствует улучшению результатов лечения и снижению послеоперационной летальности. The results of surgical treatment of І08 patients with acute pancreatitis have bееn analysed. Individual approach to the treatment of every patient with acute pancreatitis, the best use of the possibilities of the intence therapy, low-invasive surgery, laparoscopic perytoneal dialisis promote the improvement of the treatment results and decrease of the post-operative letal outcomes. |
