Особенности коллатерального кровообращения при дистальной окклюзии поверхностей бедренной артерии

Abstract

В результаті обстеження 24 хворих облітеруючим атеросклерозом нижніх кінцівок з ізольованим ураженням дистальної третини поверхневої стегнової артерії (ПСА), зроблено висновки, що оклюзія дистального сегменту ПСА розвиваєrься в області rунтеровоrо каналу, проксимальною її границею є рівень відходження від нисхідної колінної артерії (НКА).

24 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of arteries of the lower extremities with the isolated injury of а distal third of the superficial femoral artery (SF А) were examined in order to investigate the hemodynamics. Wqe arrived at the conclusion that the occlusy of а distal segment of the SFA is developing in the region of the Gunter's channel, its proximal boundary being the level of declination of the descending popliteal artery (DPA); the degree of compensation of peripherial blod flow depends оn the permeability of SFА.
