| Abstract: | Лікування трофічних виразок нижніх кінцівок (ТВНК) до тепер залишаєrься важкою та актуальною проблемою хірургії. За даними літератури ТВНК страждають біля 1-1,5% населення розвинених країн. Більше 40% з них складають хворі старше 67 років. Дані ВООЗ свідчать, що хвороби судин приймають характер пандемії кінця ХХ ст. The treatment of the trophic ulcers of the lower extremities (TULE) up till now remains difficult and urgent problem of surgery. According to the data of literature about 1-1.5 % of the population of the developed countries suffer from the TULE. Above 40% are the patients older than 67. According to oficial data the vessels disorders are accessing the character of а pandamy of the end of the 20 century. А. А. Shalimov, Е.Е. Suharev et аl. ( 1981) showed that the frequency of the TULE comprises 5% of the population. |
