Abstract:	На 19 трупах выполнено 28 доступов к позвоночным артериям с обеих сторон, при зтом обнаружено, что нет зависимости между размерами шеи и уровнем отхождения отдельных звеньев бранхиоцефальных сосудов. Уровень бифуркации бранхиоцефальноrо столба определяет оптимальный выбор способа удаления позвоночной артерии при доступе к ней. Оn 19 dead bodies 28 accesses to vertebral arteries from both sides have been performed and it was found that there does not exist the correlation between the neck dimensions and the ІеvеІ of deviation of separate chains of branchiocephal vessels. The level of bifurcation of а branchiocefal column determines the optimal choice of the method of ablation of vertebral artery under the access to it.
