| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено особливостям фінансово контролю осіб рядового та начальницького складу Державної пенітенціарної служби України. Визначено його правову основу та проаналізовано особливості чинного антикорупційного законодавства. Проведено порівняльний аналіз запобіжних заходів в системи об’єктивного фінансового контролю за майновим станом персоналу органів та установ виконання покарань. Ключові слова: фінансовий контроль, корупційне правопорушення, особи рядового та начальницького складу Державної пенітенціарної служби України, антикорупційне законодавство. |
| Description: | The article deals with the peculiarities of financial control of Ukraine State Penitentiary Services stuff, determines its legal basis and peculiarities of existing anti-corruption legislation. Analysis of the current legislation which characterizes the legal basis of the personnel of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine as subjects covered by the anti-corruption legislation is given. The attention is paid to the role of prison staff in the implementation of corrective influence on prisoners and to the conditions that cause corruption risks in their activities. Key words: financial control, corruption offense, personnel of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, anti-corruption legislation. |
