| Abstract: | Законодавство, що регулює відносини у сфері державних закупівель, нині є недосконалим, а тому створює сприятливі умови для вчинення правопорушень. У статті визначено основні види зловживань, які вчиняються під час організації та проведення процедур державних закупівель. Визначивши перелік правопорушень, які найчастіше вчиняються у сфері закупівель, запропоновано заходи їх запобігання. Ключові слова: правопорушення, державні закупівлі, адміністративна відповідальність, зловживання, корупція. |
| Description: | The legislation which governs the relations in the sphere of state procurements for this time is imperfect, and therefore creates favorable conditions for commission of offenses. The article shows the main types of abuses which committed during the organization and conduct of public procurement procedures. Determine the list of offenses that more often are committed in the area of procurement have been proposed actions to prevent them. Key words: offenses, state procurements, administrative responsibility, abuses, corruption. |
