| Abstract: | 3 грунту виділено штам Bacillus subtilis з вираженою антифунгальною активністю. Вивчені його фізіолого-біохімічні, морфолого-культуральні та антагоністичні властивості. Обгрунтовано доцільність використання штаму для створення біопрепарату для захисту рослин. A strain of Bacillus subtilis characterized by a significant antifungal activity was isolated from soil. Its physiological, biochemical, morphological and cultural properties were determined in this work. It was shown that the strain is perspective to be used as a biocontrol agent in a biopreparation for plant protection. |
