| Abstract: | В складі структурних білків вірусу курчавої карликовості картоплі (ВККК) та вірусу плямистості аїру (ВПА) виявлені білки, які мають гемаслютинуючу активність. Скоріш за все, такими являються поверхневі глікопротеїни G. Що обумовлює перспективу використання їх в сфері застосування лектинів. При інфікуванні ВККК та ВПА рослин Nicotiana rustica змінюється поліпептидний склад рослинної клітини, які проявляють лектинову активність. In composition of structural proteins of the curly potato dwarf virus (CPDV) and spot sweetflag virus (SSV) the exposed proteins, waich have hemagglutination activitv. Probably. such are surface glicoprotein G. That conditions the prospect of the use of him in a purview lectines. A protein composition of plants cells of Nicotiana rustica, which have activity of lectin, changes at infection of the CPDV and SSV. |
