Функції державного екологічного управління в сфері охорони зелених насаджень в населених пунктах України

Abstract

В статті досліджуються питання щодо визначення та здійснення функцій екологічного управління, розглядаються принципи, які відображають сутність державного управління та наводяться різні точки зору про перелік та послідовність основних функцій управлінського процесу.

The issues of the definition and realization of the functions of ecological management are researched іn the article, the principles, which reflect the essence of the governance are analyzed, different opinions about the list and sequence of the main function of the management and governmental process are shown.
