Виокремлено основні етапи становлення інституту речових доказів, та визначено особливості цих етапів. Речові докази досліджено як результат еволюції. | Description: | Comprehensively reviewed and analyzed the genesis of approaches to understanding the physical evidence at the territory of Ukraine from the times of Kievan Rus and before the modern. It is highlighted the basic stages of formation of the institute of physical evidence, determined the characteristics of these stages. Physical evidence is studied as a result of evolution. Key words: physical evidence, evolution, red-handed, periodization of the stages, material objects. |
