| Abstract: | У статті з'ясовано зміст поняття «суб'єкт адміністративного права», проаналізовано поняття правосуб'єктності та визначено особливості правосуб'єктності суду, надано визначення поняттю правовий статус суду та виокремлено його основні структурні елементи. The article founds out the content of the concept «subject of administrative law», analyzes the concept of legal personality, and identifies the features of the legal personality of the court, gives the definition of the concept of the legal status of the court, and highlights its main structural elements. |
