На підставі дослідження практики прокурорської діяльності визначено функціональне призначення адміністративного позову. The article is devoted to the definition of «administrative claim of the Prosecutor» as аn act of the Prosecutor's office are analyzed. Оn the basis of а study of the practice of the Prosecutor's activity was defined а functional value of the administrative action. |
