| Abstract: | Дослідження причин помилкового діагнозу "механічна жовтяниця" ( 142 хворих) та "гострий вірусний гeпaтит" (12 хворих) за !О-річний період дозволило встановити ряд найважливіших причин діагностичних помилок, як-то: відсутність настороженості лікарів до вказаних інфекцій, переоцінка больового синдрому та значимості супутньої біліарної патології, неправильне трактування генезу холестатичного синдрому і т.п The investigation of thc causes of а <<mechanicsal jaundice" and "acute viral hepatitis" during І О years period allowed to find а number of major causes of diagnostic mistakes, they are: the absence of watchfulness in doctors to to the аbоvе infections, overestimation of the pain syndrome and the value of the concomittant biliar pathology, wrong treatment of genesis of cholestatic syndrome etc. |
