Роль ІКТ у формуванні професійних компетентностей майбутніх викладачів ЗВО

Abstract

У статті висвітлені особливості фор мування професійних компетентностей майбутніх викладачів ЗВО засобами ІКТ. Визначено, що нові вимоги до професій ної підготовки викладачів ЗВО є тактич ним викликом підвищення методичного потенціалу розвитку та використання ІКТ. З’ясовано, що зміст професійної діяльності майбутнього викладача включає виконання всіх взаємопов’язаних і взаємообумовлених функцій, найважливішими з яких є навчальна, науково-дослідницька, педагогічна та орга нізаційно-технічна функції. Визначено, що формування професійних компетентнос тей викладача базується на когнітивній, діяльнісній, особистісній, мотиваційній, цін нісно-рефлексивній та емоційно-вольовій компонентах. Встановлено, що сучасні ІКТ забезпечують вільне поєднання наукових технологій інформаційно-комунікативного спрямування і традиційних креативних методів навчання майбутніх викладачів, що дозволяє здобувати знання та вивчати матеріал у більш різнобічний та продуктив ний спосіб. Виділено роль ІКТ в освітньому процесі підготовки майбутніх викладачів. Визначено, що важливою передумовою роз витку професійних компетентностей май бутніх викладачів з використанням ІКТ є про єктування освітнього процесу. З’ясовано, що серед ІКТ важливу роль у формуванні профе сійних компетентностей майбутніх викла дачів відіграють хмарні технології. Вста новлено, що медіаосвітні технології є також важливим засобом формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх викладачів і відкривають необмежені можливості для використання в освітній та професійній діяльності, сприяючи формуванню конкурен тоспроможних професіоналів. Визначено, що використання ІКТ у формуванні професійних компетентностей майбутніх викладачів має ряд переваг: навчальні матеріали краще сприймаються та запам’ятовуються здо бувачами вищої освіти, економніше витрача ється навчальний час, забезпечується індиві дуалізація навчання.

The article highlights the peculiarities of the for mation of professional competences of future teachers of higher education institutions by means of ICT. It was determined that the new requirements for the professional training of teachers of higher education institutions are a tactical challenge to increase the methodical potential of ICT development and use. It was found that the content of the future teacher’s pro fessional activity includes the performance of all interrelated and mutually determined functions, the most important of which are educational, research, pedagogical, and organizational and technical functions. It was determined that the formation of the teacher’s professional compe tencies is based on cognitive, activity, personal, motivational, value-reflective and emotional volitional components. It has been established that modern ICT provides a free combination of scientific information and communication technologies and traditional creative methods of teaching future teachers, which allows them to acquire knowledge and study material in a more versatile and productive way. The role of ICT in the educational process of training future teachers is highlighted. It was determined that an important prerequisite for the development of professional competences of future teachers with the use of ICT is the design of the educa tional process. It was found that among ICT, cloud technologies play an important role in the formation of professional competences of future teachers. It has been established that media educational technologies are also an important means of forming professional competencies of future teachers and open up unlimited oppor tunities for use in educational and professional activities, contributing to the formation of com petitive professionals. It was determined that the use of ICT in the formation of professional competencies of future teachers has a num ber of advantages: educational materials are better perceived and remembered by students of higher education, educational time is spent more economically, individualization of educa tion is ensured.
