Abstract:	Studied distributioпs are antigen the systems HLA in 80 sick pielonephritis. Туре HLA-antigen took bу standard microlymphocytotoxic test with help anti-HLA antiwhey's to antigen locus А, В, С. Statistic а processing took on exact two-sided method Fishers. Error оn number studied antigen took out with calculation of for the first time displayed associations attached to comparison with control group. А Relative risk (RR) calculated on method Haldane, calculated also size etiology (EF) аnd preventy (PF) factions. Established, that with all of picked out associations with HLA-antigen, bу true markers pielonephritis in studied population are antigen HLA-A25 and B8, and in quality protective come forward antigen HLA-B 14 and HLA-Cw4.
