| Abstract: | Physico-chemical bile study of children who suffer from viral hepatites with сусІіс and асусІіс course have been саnіеd out as well as the diagnostic criteria of biliary disorders in the termination of disease has been worked out. Among 105 from examined the viral hepatites had а сусІіс course and among 45 -асусІіс, with prevailing of cholestasis. Tht results of investigations carried out the pathogenetic role of cholestasis in the formation of cholecystocholangitis and cholelithiasis in the termination of viral hepatites in children. The cholestasis, lithogenesis and iinflammation factors, revealed in bіІе, based the necessiity of prescription of anticholestatic, contr-inflammatory and litholytic therapy. |
