| Abstract: | Нами вьшолнено 62 подхода к правой и левой вертебральной артерии с использованием существующих методик, а именно: вертикального доступа, надключичного в комбинации с стернотомией, углообразного подхода. По мнению авторов, надключичный подход к первому отделу позвонковой артерии является самым адекватным. We fulfilled 62 accesses to the right аnd left vertebral artery with the use of the existing metods, namely: vertical access, supraclavicular, supraclavicular in combination with sternotomy, angular access. The authors consider the supraclavicular access to the first part of vertebral artery is the most adequate. |
