Abstract: According to current researchers data more than 60 phenotypes of microorganisms may be present in vaginal microbiocenosis, however, their set is relatively stable if woman remains healthy during a considerable period of time. According to the WHO experts conclusions the sexually transmitted infections (STI) are the cause of 60% pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID), whereas chlamydiosis, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis are leading in this list (65–70% of PID cases) [2]. PIDs are observed in 38–67% of reproductive aged women and frequently are characterized by a latent progression that stip.
