Вплив парапульмональної мембранної оксигенації і емульсійної вентиляції легень перфтораном на стан сурфактантної системи легень у хворих із синдромом гострого легеневого пошкодження

Abstract

The aim of the investigation was to study the state of pulmonary surfactant system in patients with the syndrome of acute lung injure (ALI) who underwent the partial emulsion ventilation (РЕУ) and parapulmonary membranous oxygenation (РМО). Surface tension and stability index of the endobronchial washings were investigated at the start of the treatment and 3, 5, 7 days later. The revealedincrease of the initial minimum surface tension bу 8,7% and the reduction of stability index bу 12,8% indicated to the insufficient function of the pulmonary surfactant system. One day after performing РЕV and РМО the control indexes were within the limits of standards. Thus, the application of РЕV and РМО in the complex of the traditional intensive therapy quickly and efficiently normalizes the state of pulmonary surfactant system.
