Abstract

Are investigated hemorheolodgical parameters at 186 patients at various stages of an ishemik vascular disease of а brain, and also influence pentoxifyllinum (Agapurin) on а state aggregation activity of thrombocytes at patients with passing infringements of а cerebraI circulation. It fixed, that various forms of ischemic infringements of а cerebral circulation, without dependence from а stage of their development, are characterized bу essential deterioration rheolodgical properties of а blood. The expressiveness hemor­heolodgical alterations at various stages of cerebrovascular disease conjugates to gravity of his(its) tlow(streaming). Agapu­rin - an effective mean(method) of correction raised(increased) aggregation activity of thrombocytes at patients with tran­sient infringements of а cerebral circulation.
