Вплив простагландинів та інгібіторів їх синтезу на динаміку змін локального фібринолізу за проникної травми рогівки, ускладненої введенням ендотоксину в передню камеру ока

Abstract

The influence of prostaglandins Е1, Е2 and F2α, paracetamol, diclofenac and dexarnethasone on dynamics of fibrinolytic activity changes in eyes with а penetrating injury of cornea, complicated bу endotoxin injection into the anterior chamber was studied. It's found, that the intensity of ІосаІ intraocular enzymatic fibrinolysis is considerably decreased during the first -sixtieth days of posttraumatic period. Prostaglandins Е1 and F2α normalize the enzymatic fibrinolysis in acute period of а posttraumatic inflammation and decrease nonenzymatic fibrinolytic activity, whereas PGE2 increases the enzymatic fibrin lysis with combined excessive activation of nonenzymatic fibrinolysis. Paracetamol, diclofenac and dexamethasone appear unefficient in correction of intraocular fibrinolysis violations on eyes with а penetrating injury of cornea, complicated bу endotoxin injection into the anterior chamber.
