Abstract:	Analysis and conclusion the results of performed experimental study with morphological investigations of peculiarities of bone tissue reorganization at its defects plastics using compositions on the base of hydroxiapatite with different binding substances on titanium implants with gradient bioceramic coatings allowed to give а conceptual consideration of the mechanism of connection between bone tissue and hydroxiapatite with forming а "binding reactive zone".
