| Abstract: | In the presented study direct and indirect signs of а liver cirrhosis were analyzed. Sensors of а different configuration from 3-5MHz up to І 2МНz of а general-purpose digital ultrasonic system НDІ-1500 "Philips" were used. We examined 32 patients with the preliminary diagnosis "portal hypertension " with morphological verification. In this case the specificity of ultrasonic investigation in relation to morphologically affirmed diagnosis of а cirrhosis has compounded 92.6 %. |
