| Abstract: | The investigations confirmed the negative action of even initial stages of endemic goitre іn coditions of iodine deficiency оn the course, pregnancy, delivery and uterine development .. In cases of diffusive toxic goitre оn the background of thyroid toxicosis the therapy should bе directed both оn the normalization of the thyroid gland function and the prophylaxis of а fetoplacental insufficiency and delay of uterinei development of fetus. |
