Abstract

The clinical analysis of modern aspects of frequency, frame and causes perinatal of losses is carried out. Тhе high fre­quency perinatal of а mortality fixed which compounds 12,9о/оо. Тhus antenatal of loss take рlасе in 33,7%; intranatal - in 13, 7% and postnatal - in 52,6%. The main causes perinatal of losses are intrauterine hypoxia and asphyxia in labors - 43,1 %, and among other causes it is possible to note inherent faults of development (21,8%); а set of symptoms of respiratory dis­tresses (15,7%); intrauterine an infection contamination (10,8%). Fixed, that the level perinatal of а mortality at the women with а prematurity compounds 136,9о/оо; with preeclampsia - 67,6%0; with anomalies of patrimonial activity - 22,5%0; with an extragenital pathology - 57,3%0; with а urogenital infection contamination - 57,5%о, and at frequency caesarian section 12,9% - as 18,6%0. We show necessity of building of new model of downstroke perinatal of losses.
