Удосконалення надання медичної допомоги хворим з опіками на етапах лікування

Abstract

Результати лікування потерпілих з опіковою травмою свідчать про більш ефективне лікування в умовах опікового центру. Завдяки удосконаленню медичної допомоги попеченим в Рівненській області за 2003-2005 роки середня тривалість перебування хворих на ліжку знизилась з 23,93% до 22,95%, летальність - з 3,54% до 1,69% у дорослих, з 0,5% до 0,33% у дітей. Шляхами покращення надання допомоги попеченим є: підготовка анестезіологів та травматологів ЦРЛ на базі опікового центру, своєчасне траспортування хворих з опіковою травмою в опіковий центр, широке застосування ранніх некректомій, ліофілізованих ксенотрасплантантів, кращі умови перебування хворих у опікових відді­леннях. ­

Тhе treatment results of the burn injuried patients indicate about the more effective their· treatment in the bum center. Due to the medical aid improvement for the burn patients in the Rivne region, during 2003-2005 years the middle duration of the in-patient treatment decrease from 23,93% to 22,95%; the mortality decrease from 3,54% to 1,69% in adults and from 0,5% to 0,33% in the childrens. The ways of the medical aid improvement for the burn patients are: the training in the Regional burn center for anaesthesiologists and traumatologists from Central District Hospitals; the timely transportation of· the burn injuried patients to the burn center; the wide application of the early necrectomy and liophilized pig skin xeenografts; the better conditions for the in-patient treatment in the burn centers.
