| Abstract: | Встановлено, що у пацієнтів з комбінованою травмою підвищується ризик розвитку ранніх септичних ускладнень, тому антибактеріальна терапія призначається за деескалаційними схемами. Хірургічне лікування доцільно виконувати відстрочено і поетапно. Thirty seven іІІ with vast combustions and combined trauma are conducted clinical, immunological, microbialogic, and instrument researches. For the patients with а combined trauma is increased of risk of development of early septic complications, therefore antibacterial therapy is assigned agressive bу the schemes. Surgical treatment is expedient to execute (design) is deferred and partiali. |
