Обмін вітамінів та їх антиоксидантна дія у хворих із ішемічною хворобою серця

Abstract

Обследовано 137 больных ИБС. При прогрессировании ИБС достоверно уменьшался уровень таких антиоксидантов как альфатокоферал и ретинал в плазме крови. Результаты проведенных обследований свидетельствуют, что с развитием ИБС выявляется определенный спад содержания витам:инов А и Е в крови. Постепенное уменьшение их уровня в плазме крови больных стенокардией является закономерным, так как острый период зтоrо заболевания характеризуется заметной активацией процесса липидной пероксидации. Значит, причина усиления процессов ПОЛ, очевидно, в значительном уменьшении :уровня эндогенных А-ов. Поэтому исследование еффективности антиоксидантов - новой rруппы лекарственных преларатов, снижающих интенсивность ПОЛ - есть одним из перспективных патогенических направлений лервичной и вторичной профилактики ИБС

137 patients IHD have been examined. The disturbance of the indeces of AOS ,vas proved іn the fall of the Jevel of content of tokopherolli and retinolli іn the plasma of the blood. The results of the analyses of the blood witness that with that development of ІНD the definite gall іn the content of vitamins А and Е in the blood is revealed. Тhе successive decrease of their content in the plasma of the blood in patients suffering from stenocardia is natural, so that the sharp period of this disease is characterized bу the considerable activation of POL. Hence, the reason ofintensifing POL probably is concealed in the considerable decrease of the соntеnt of endogenous АОа. At the sаmе tіmе atherosclerosis is characterized bу the increase of the intensity radical-free processes fore-rum to the considerable loss of the level of endogenous AO-s.
